What this video covers
Follow the supply-panel–TSP–equipment connection through installation and commissioning. The guide shows the terminal blocks and breakers behind the front door, the bottom cable entry, and the sequence from input-voltage checks to charging, output power and equipment operation.
- Locate the terminal blocks below the breakers and the shared bottom entry for input, output and protective-earth cables.
- Follow panel power-on, input AC-voltage verification, TSP start-up, charging and standby checks before switching on the output.
- Review the equipment-operation test, the role of BYPASS and customer handover. Communications and SAG Viewer are optional.
This video explains the installation workflow. Actual work must be performed by qualified personnel using the current manual for the specific model and approved site procedures.

- 00:00
Let's look at installing and commissioning a three-phase TSP.
- 00:05
Connect panel power to TSP input, and output to the equipment.
- 00:11
Check the ratings on the front label.
- 00:16
Allow space for airflow and servicing, then position the unit securely.
- 00:22
Turn off power to the circuit before installation.
- 00:28
Open the front door to find the terminal blocks at the bottom.
- 00:34
The breakers are in the middle; input and output terminals are below.
- 00:40
Route input, output and earth cables through the shared rectangular base entry.
- 00:45
Connect protective earth to the earth bar.
- 00:50
Connect input cables to the input block in the correct phase sequence.
- 00:58
Connect the protected equipment's cables to TSP output, matching the phase sequence.
- 01:06
You can connect a laptop if the communications option is fitted.
- 01:11
Check the connections, cable supports and cable routing. Check the wiring once more and remove your tools.
- 01:19
Turn on the panel breaker.
- 01:21
At the TSP input terminals, measure AC voltage and compare it with the label's rated voltage.
- 01:30
Turn on the TSP breaker.
- 01:35
Check the display shows normal input, then wait for charging to finish.
- 01:41
Confirm full charge on-screen. The green standby light means TSP is ready for protection.
- 01:48
Once fully charged, turn on the TSP output breaker.
- 01:54
Check the equipment is operating normally.
- 01:57
During operation, switch the upstream main breaker off and back on within one second. Check that the equipment keeps running.
- 02:06
With optional communications, check events and input and output waveforms on the laptop. This screen is an example from the manual.
- 02:16
For faults or checks, bypass feeds the load; input and output breakers disconnect TSP.
- 02:24
We'll explain the normal indicators and how to check event history. Contact WESCO anytime if you have questions.
- 02:31
Thank you.
